A seasoned professional, Cathy Wodarski has demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit and solid expertise in sales and management as she grew new business and opened several offices. As a Regional Vice President, she worked with P&L's, developed budgets and surpassed previous sales year after year. Her integrity in the community led her to become the first vendor member to hold the President position in the Austin Human Resources Management Association. Cathy credits her success to having a good business plan, a personal sales initiative, building strong operations teams, networking and providing excellent customer service. Her goal is to utilize her experiences to assist companies in building their people to the next level.

As a DiSC® Certified Trainer, she believes people who understand their behavioral strengths and limitations are able to adapt to the needs of others and the needs of their environment in ways that lead to maximum effectiveness.
